We offer both! In person try-ons are by appointment only at our location in Wattle Grove NSW 2173. Please contact us with your details so we can book you in and provide you with our address. Our hours are Monday - Saturday from 10am -7pm.

If you can't make it to us or live interstate we offer a 24 hour postal try-on for a small fee which is fully redeemable (except for postage cost) if you proceed with a booking. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you. All postal try-ons are done during the week when the dress of your choice is available to be shipped out.

Renting a dress from us is simple, seamless and convenient. Start by browsing our online collection and select the dress you love. You can book your dress directly from our website or contact us and we can book it in for you. When booking, you'll need to provide your event date so when selecting the rental period make the event date the second day out of the 5 day rental period. We recommend booking your dress as soon as possible to ensure availability. Where possible, your dress will arrive via Australia Post a few days before your event.  It comes with a prepaid return label for an easy return the next business day after your event. Simply lodge it over the counter at any Australia Post outlet by 4pm the day it should be returned. We take care of the cleaning so you simply hire it, wear it and return it!

You sure can. We must be notified of a cancellation in writing. You will then be provided with a hire credit which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Hire credits can be transferred over to our online retail store www.goddesskleopatra.com. Please advise our team if you wish to do this. Cancellations cannot be made if the garment has been collected or dispatched.
